HIGH Lab’s Vision and Strategy:
“Where Hybrid Integration Meets Genuine Hyper-functionality.” HIGH Lab pioneers next-generation display, memory, and security technologies to design a smarter and more sustainable future.
At the Hybrid Integration for Genuine Hyper-functionality Lab (HIGH Lab), we focus on the development of novel electronic, optical, and chemical devices based on next-generation semiconductor materials, including 1D (carbon nanotubes), 2D (TMDC, graphene), perovskites, metal halides, and more.
Our research also extends to the development of highly multifunctional devices and systems utilizing conventional semiconductor platforms such as Si, oxide semiconductors, and III-V materials.
HIGH Lab primarily focuses on the following three key research areas:
1. Display Applications
2. Next-Generation Memory
3. Security & Sustainable Electronics
Each of these research fields aims to address critical challenges in future electronic devices, integrating hybrid integration and genuine hyper-functionality to develop sustainable electronic systems.

저희 다기능성-하이브리드-집적화 연구실(HIGH Lab)은 차세대 반도체 재료인 1D(탄소 나노튜브), 2D(TMDC, 그래핀), 페로브스카이트, 금속 할라이드 등의 독창적인 전기적, 광학적, 화학적 특성을 기반으로, 신규 소자(FETs, 광검출기, 슈퍼커패시터, 배터리) 개발과 함께, **기존 반도체 플랫폼(Si, 산화물 반도체, III-V 등)**을 활용한 초다기능성 소자 및 시스템 개발을 목표로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
