Oral Presents at IMID 2026

Seongyeop Kim from our research group delivered an oral presentation at IMID 2026 (International Meeting on Information Display) on “Low-Frequency Noise Characteristics of Transparent SWNT Thin Film Transistors with iCVD High-k Dielectric.” The presentation highlighted the low-frequency noise characteristics and device reliability of transparent SWNT thin-film transistors incorporating an iCVD high-k dielectric.
